ROMARIN Extrait fluide 60 ml  Rosmarinus Officinalis

PROPRIÉTÉS 

La Commission E et l’ESCOP reconnaissent l’usage interne du romarin pour soulager les troubles gastriques et son usage externe, comme adjuvant, pour soulager les troubles rhumatismaux et de la circulation sanguine périphérique (mains, pieds, jambes).

L’ESCOP recommande aussi le romarin pour améliorer les fonctions biliaires et hépatiques (foie) et, en usage externe, comme antiseptique léger. Il est également utilisé pour soigner la goutte, atténuer la toux et réduire l’hypertension.

Des essais in vitro et menés sur des animaux ont effectivement permis de démontrer que le romarin avait des propriétés hépatoprotectrices, antiulcéreuses, antispasmodiques et antimicrobiennes. .

Des résultats d’études in vitro et sur des animaux indiquent que le romarin pourrait inhiber la prolifération des cellules cancéreuses. Les chercheurs attribuent les effets antiproliférateurs et antimutagènes du romarin aux composés polyphénoliques qu’il renferme, notamment le carnosol et l’acide carnosique. Les propriétés antioxydantes du romarin intéressent aussi les dermatologues.

UTILISATION

Prendre 40 gouttes dans un verre d’eau trois fois par jour.

INGREDIENTS : Eau, Alcool (30%) , Romarin.  120 gouttes d’extrait fluide correspondent à 3 grammes de feuilles de romarin

PRECAUTIONS

A consommer dans le cadre d’une alimentation variée et équilibrée . Ne pas dépasser la dose conseillée. Tenir hors de portée des enfants.Déconseillé aux enfants de moins de 12 ans. Ne pas utiliser chez les femmes enceintes ou allaitantes.
